About the Team:

This role is essential for ensuring the successful implementation of software updates and migrations through effective change management. You will be part of our Global Service Management team and will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive communication strategies to keep stakeholders well-informed throughout the process. Additionally, you will manage the change control process within ServiceNow, leveraging your expertise in migrating data and processes from JIRA to ServiceNow to enhance change control workflows for optimal efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that change initiatives align with the overall business objectives. Finally, you will monitor and measure the success of these initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and continuously refine processes.

About the Role:

• Design and implement comprehensive change management plans tailored to specific software updates and migrations

• Develop and deliver impactful communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process

• Manage the change control process within ServiceNow, ensuring all requests are documented, evaluated, approved, and implemented efficiently

• Leverage your expertise in migrating data and processes from JIRA to ServiceNow, optimizing change control workflows

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, IT Operations, Service Management) to ensure change initiatives align with overall business objectives

• Track and measure the success of change initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and continuously refining processes

Qualifications

About You:

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Change Management, preferably within a software development environment

• Proven experience leading and facilitating Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, changes in the cloud

-Understanding of Cloud preferably GCP

• Experience with ServiceNow Change Management module, with a strong understanding of change control processes

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess change impact, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies

• In-depth knowledge of change management methodologies

• Proven experience migrating data and workflows from JIRA to ServiceNow

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

• Experience developing and delivering training materials

• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
