Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day support to UKG Ready Tax Filing Service customers.
• Manage incoming Salesforce Tax cases, confirming required data provision and collaborating with client as needed to drive accuracy and client satisfaction
• Initiate ticketing within tax notice software to include review/update for applicable data allocation. Assign incoming cases effectively for prompt management across Ready Tax Department
• Research and respond to client inquiries via Salesforce through resolution.
• Ensure customer tax profile data is properly maintained, including educating clients on required jurisdictional data to avoid discrepancies that result in late payments and/or failure to file returns accurately.
• Participate in the rejected filing cycle to provide a clear path to resolve filings and ensure the customer is informed and supported to address the root cause and prevent future rejected filings.
• Works with the appropriate team members to address and facilitate a timely resolution to tax inquiries related to quarter-end (QE) and year-end employer tax filing.
• Work with customer on resolving tax filing report requests in preparation for QE cycle, including any required special handling.
• Ensure customer deadlines are met during the QE cycle.
• Provide support to address reconciliation discrepancies in preparation of QE and year-end filings.
• Ability to work independently and within a team-based environment
Required Qualification:
• Must be able to manage in an organized, proactive and independent manner to meet all required time frames and commitments.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Must be able to work under tight deadlines during seasonal peaks
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated and team-oriented
• Demonstrated ability to organize work
• Attention to detail is a must
• 2+ years related experience in client services, data management, or operations.
Education/Certification/License:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or comparable education and experience.
