A developing professional. Working knowledge and application of business and technical concepts, procedures and practices. General knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards. General understanding of business unit/group function. Exercises judgment when interpreting company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors. Exercises judgment to determine appropriate action. Has knowledge of alternatives and an understanding of their impact on the business or technological environment. Plans, organizes, and prioritizes own daily work routine to meet established schedule. Works under general direction regarding the progress of projects and special assignments. May seek guidance in resolving problems, interpreting established policies, procedures and practices. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment. Contributes to the completion of departmental projects and goals. Errors in judgment, poor recommendations, or failure to achieve results would normally require a moderate expenditure of resources to rectify.
Operate under moderate supervision as an individual contributor
Review and understand configuration specification/design documents
Assess and design basic to medium level workforce management solutions
Configure and implement moderate workforce management solutions
Complete quality assurance testing of solutions
Assist customer with testing, understanding the solution and go live support, as needed
Deploy and release configuration to productions environment
Communicate clearly with project leadership to provide status updates
Deliver presentation within the team
Provide clear and concise status updates to team/project leadership
Escalate issues to the Supervisor/Manager as necessary
Travel up to 15%
Qualification
BE/ B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related discipline (or related experience)
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience configuring an Enterprise Software Applications like Kronos, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, Workday or a comparable product OR
Minimum of 2 years of integrations/APIs development
