UKG is looking for a Payment Services Implementation Manager to join our team. They will manage a team of 10-15 Onboarding Consultants (OC) and be responsible for the successful implementation of a portfolio of customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversee a portfolio of UKG Payment Services implementations to ensure they are completed timely, compliantly and in a manner that ensures immediate and long-term customer satisfaction.
• Line Management of Onboarding Consultants (OC) including training, mentoring, guiding them on their projects, and ensuring adherence to established methodology, standards and practices.
• Develop a high-performing team that are consistently engaged, collaborative, customer focused and accountable to meet or exceed expected results.
• Support project and customer escalations, assisting the OC with troubleshooting and resolution, and taking point as a UKG customer sponsor when appropriate.
• Establish and manage the resource capacity planning for the team.
• Lead cross functional process, technology and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the organization including Implementation, Product Development, Operations, and Customer Success.
• Develop, track, analyze and report on key performance indicators for the team.
• Manage department wide functions that impact multiple teams.
• Other duties may be assigned from time to time.
Basic Qualifications:
• 5+ years of management experience leading project-oriented teams
• Payroll and human capital management (HCM) experience
• Background in software and service delivery as well as project methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or a related field, or equivalent work experience will be considered for the position.
• Proven experience leading a team as a business with an enterprise mindset, a focus on reducing cost, increasing capacity and productivity, setting and meeting team goals, meeting company wide goals, and providing exemplary service to customers.
• Great at building resilience and trust within your team, and coaching and developing employees for their growth and success.
• Excellent interpersonal skills – compassionate and empathic, honest and clear in direction and feedback, and collaborative.
• Proven ability to lead process improvement and business transformation projects

The pay range for this position is $88,700 to $127,500, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
