About the Team:

The EPIC Executive Administrative team's mission is to deliver value-driven support to the global Engineering, Product, Innovation, and Cloud (EPIC) organization, enhancing productivity and efficiency to achieve strategic goals. The team consists of (16) global Executive and Administrative Professionals who use their diverse skills to creatively solve problems, drive customer satisfaction, function as change agents, build meaningful connections, and enable leaders to focus on strategic initiatives and high-value activities.

About the Role:

UKG is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, self-motivated individual to join our Executive Administrative Team as an Executive Assistant, providing support to senior leadership in a dynamic environment. This role demands professionalism, organization, and attention to detail. Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the smooth operations for senior leaders, driving innovative administrative operations and processes that improve overall performance and efficiency for our team and EPIC.

• Overseeing calendars, communications, travel, logistics, expenses, and project coordination

• Fostering employee engagement by supporting initiatives that build community and bring people together.

• Playing a pivotal role in supporting leaders and teams through transformative phases.

Qualifications

About You:

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant

• Experience managing multiple calendars, expense report processing and experience providing onsite and offsite event support.

• Proficient in both verbal and written communication, adept at conveying ideas effectively.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

• Be the driving force behind positive transformations, an analytical person who links ideas and people together seamlessly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Develop and maintain a strong partnership with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achievement of strategic priorities through effective communication, presentation and influencing skills and an acute customer focus.

• A creative thinker who anticipates the needs of our leaders and organization weeks, months, and quarters in advance, and is eager to tackle tough problems with a focus on continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and a growth mindset.

• Strong project management skills and the demonstrated ability to pivot based on business needs and priorities, coupled with a strong understanding of technology.

• Provide support for event planning, and expense processing for operational efficiency.

• Develops, motivates, and inspires individuals to achieve their best work, fostering a positive work culture that enhances performance and productivity.

• Collaborate effectively in an innovative environment, embracing feedback for personal growth and development.

• Able to perform in a hybrid-office role, requiring three or more days per week in the office.
